Personal:

I used to run for BYU, but only after trying out three times and finally walking on, so I was never a star. However, it was wonderful to run with great people and under Coach Shane. When you run with fast people, you can't help to improve! I graduated BYU in 1998, and didn't run a race until 2002, after having my second child. My hiatus and other crazy life commitments have made my competitive running suffer, but the last couple of years I have tried to get back into it the best I can. I have been married since 1996, to Paul Lowry, who is a runner himself. I have three boys (my three rascals), ages 8, 6, and 4.

Ran with MacK.  Weather on the news said it would be about 0F today, so was pleasantly surprised by 17F.  We seem to be dodging the bullet this year.  We had about three weeks of single digit to zero last year, and this year its been single digit about twice.  I'll take it!  Lots of ice and ice skating on the roads.  We are doing a family ski day on Saturday, so I won't be able to do more than 10 on Saturday so I'll going to sneak in extra miles during the week as I am able to try to hit 65 or above.

Okay, Michelle. What injury is still nagging you? You're definitely rocking out the mileage despite an injury!

Am I the only one that can't figure out how to log sleep?

From MichelleL on Jan 24, 2008 at 09:43:11

I think you go to your blog options or blog profile and there is a checkbox that says "Enable sleep tracking". Let me know if you still can't find it. I just enabled it so Sasha would know when I say, I can't cut out sleep in tax season to run more that I mean it (when I'm getting 5 or less hours).
